I'm trying to find motivation to get better again. I don't know why, it seems like I forgot WHY I need to get better and why I can't keep doing this whole bulimia thing. Somebody remind me why I need to go to the gym and eat healthy.
I'm sorry, I'm tired, my brain is broken.
I need a kick in the ass to get started.

You need to eat healthy so you can THINK and remeber all the reasons to get better and to have energy to go to the gym!
