Ho ho ho... Green Giant

OK despite all the disgustingness of drinking that nasty half cup of olive oil (oh my stomach still curdles remembering!), it was evidentally worth it. Today I got a visit from what looked like peas floating in the toilet! They are of different sizes and shapes but most are the size of one or two peas, except for one that was the size of a large marble! Ewww. They are all green, which apparantly indicates a healthy liver, while black ones mean the liver is sick.

I thought about saving them to take a pic but it was just too nasty. (In response to Michelle's comment, let me remind you these are not kidney stones... the place the stones come from is identical on men and women!). So you will just have to trust me that this cleanse works. If any of you have suffered pain in your right side after eating, try it.

I heard of a suggestion that you should think of three good things that happened every day, so I am trying to do that each night. It really has made me smile to remember and it is not hard to think of things, even when I'm just staying at home and resting. Yay to the power of positive thinking.

Wow Mandy. I'm so impressed. It takes a lot of will and positive thinking to get through a four day cleanse like that. And I love olive oil and lemon juice, but drinking it straight up is one of the most disgusting things I've heard!

Overall, from when I first started reading you to now, look at the change in attitude girlfriend! Remember to give yourself a lot of recognition for a general movement in the right direction, even if you do still have some bad days!

Did you get my last comment about the Zoloft?

Also, the site is very interesting. I put it in my favorites to check out and read entirely, later. I might even have to pass it on. Thanks for the tip.

Big Hug.

Good God, that's nasty! But, yet, I'm really happy to hear it worked. I thought that web site was just a farce of some sort.

How the hell does this cleanse work like that??! And, how the hell do we get those green clumps in us??! Do we ALL have them??

Do you feel better??

Was this a fast? Or, did you eat in addition to the apple juice and distilled water? I could never do a fast! But, I'm somewhat intrigued by the cleanse . . .

No, I would have actually liked to see the stones you passed. I bet it hurt, though, and hope you've found some releif from all the physical pain you've been going through. I'm glad this extremely offbeat fast worked, and if you get rid of some again, you must post the pics!

Has it made you feel refreshed or more hopeful at all? Did you still have cravings afterwards? Or were they mostly mental desires? The fact that you completed this process shows that you have the drive necessary to leave bulimia behind. I hope you can continue...
